NZ's champion small brewery of 2021 & 2025 is perched atop a small shelf on the south face of Double Cone. Here we brew our beers from the snow melt that surrounds us and utilise the perfect fermentation temperatures we find in the small crevices we call home. Each keg is then brought down from the peak by fixed ropes and then skied down to the Kawarau for delivery by raft. Whilst the above process might take a while and could possibly be stretching the truth...we believe that every beer should be an adventure. We brew for the love of it and the love of our people and environment.
